With over 25 years of catering experience, I bring a lifetime of culinary passion and expertise to every event. My journey began at the age of 6, learning traditional recipes and techniques alongside my Italian immigrant grandmother. As a former deli and restaurant owner, I had the honor of earning a New York Times write-up and being named one of the top 30 bars for adults over 30, in Westchester County, NY. Fork-n-Flair Catering, my newly launched company in Florida, is an extension of my successful business in New York. I take pride in crafting personalized dining experiences with our signature touch of comfort and nostalgia. Our tagline, "Every meal tastes like home," reflects our commitment to creating food that warms the heart and soul.
Jacob hails from Rhode Island. He grew up on honest, yet delicious home cooking: Lebanese, Italian, British and Polish fare, to name a few. A musician by trade, he enjoys researching historical cuisine from ancient Rome, and Medieval Europe to Victorian/Edwardian era, to retro/vintage dishes of the 50’s, 60’s. Mr. Stott has translated several authentic Chinese (family style and Sichuan cooking) recipes as a hobby, in addition to nineteenth century French Bourgeoise family style cooking. He likes fuss-free, simple cooking resulting in full, bold international flavors.
